JAMMU: SSP Commandant SDRF Mohd Aslam, IPS, on Thursday flagged off a Tiranga Rally 2026 from the SDRF Battalion Headquarters in Jammu as part of activities marking the spirit of patriotism, national unity and pride ahead of Independence Day.
The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation by SDRF personnel, who carried the National Flag and spread the message of unity, integrity and devotion to the nation.
The rally passed through Green Belt Park, Gandhinagar, Panama Chowk and adjoining areas, with participants also promoting the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.
The event was attended by Commandant SDRF Albeena Malik, JKPS, DySP Dinesh Gupta, DySP Lait Kumar, DySP Rohit Dev Singh, along with other officers and personnel of the force.
Speaking on the occasion, the Commandant congratulated the officers and personnel for their enthusiastic participation and efforts in making the rally a success.
She urged SDRF personnel to continue upholding the values of service, courage, discipline and devotion to the nation, and to inspire others to celebrate the national festival with pride and responsibility.
