BANDIPORA: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Bandipora, will organise the 3rd National Lok Adalat on September 12, 2026, at the District Court Complex Bandipora, Munsiff Court Complex Gurez and Sumbal, from 10:30 AM onwards.
The Lok Adalat will facilitate amicable settlement of pre-litigation and pending civil and criminal compoundable cases, including motor accident claims, money recovery cases, labour and matrimonial disputes, family matters, land acquisition cases, service and revenue matters, consumer rights and other permissible cases.
The DLSA has invited litigants, advocates and the general public to avail the opportunity for speedy and amicable settlement of disputes.
Persons desirous of referring their pending or pre-litigation cases to the National Lok Adalat have been advised to approach DLSA Bandipora, Tehsil Legal Services Committees at Bandipora/Sumbal/Gurez or the concerned court on or before August 31, 2026.
