RAMBAN: An impressive E-Rickshaw Tiranga Rally was taken out in Ramban town today as part of the ongoing Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, showcasing the patriotic spirit and enthusiastic participation of the local community.
The rally was led by Additional Deputy Commissioner Varunjeet Singh Charak which commenced from Cafeteria Morh, proceeded along NH-44 through Karol and culminated in the town.
Around 300 E-Rickshaws participated in the rally, transforming the route into a vibrant display of the Tricolour. The drivers and participants carried the National Flag and raised patriotic slogans, adding fervour to the celebrations.
ARTO Varun Bhasin, Dy. SP Kuldeep Raj, Tehsildar Headquarter Reejuta Mahajan, CEO MC Surdershan Jamwal, officers, officials, students and members of the public also participated with great enthusiasm.
Addressing the participants, the ADC highlighted the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign in strengthening the bond between citizens and the National Flag. He called upon people to display and honour the Tricolour with the highest respect and dignity and encouraged them to actively participate in the campaign to make it a truly people-driven movement reaching every household.
The participation of the E-Rickshaw drivers, along with officers, students and members of the public, added vibrancy to the district’s Har Ghar Tiranga celebrations.
The rally reaffirmed the collective spirit of patriotism, unity and national pride among the people of Ramban and underscored the importance of inclusive public participation in national campaigns.
