JAMMU: The Federation of Trade and Industry of India (FTII) held a meeting to felicitate its National President Dr Sanjay Bansal on his nomination as a member of key Government of India panels dealing with infrastructure, urban development, finance, credit and MSME support.
Dr Bansal, who is also a Board Member of the National Traders Welfare Board, has been nominated to the Infrastructure & Urban Development Committee and the Committee on Finance, Credit and MSME Support.
Members of the federation congratulated him on the nominations and said the representation would help strengthen the voice of trade and industry in policy-related discussions.
FTII said it remains committed to empowering Indian businesses through networking, expert resources and policy advocacy. The federation currently operates regional chapters across 27 states and has global representation in 45 countries.
The meeting was attended by Sandeep Mengi, Sanjeev Aggarwal, Mohit Gupta, Sudhir Mittal, Ajay Ahuja, Atul Mahajan, Ashwani Kohli, Rakesh Gupta, Amit Luthra, Sushil Sharma, Parshant Singh, Sandeep Gupta, Sundeep Bhat, Dr Abhinab, Gorav Gupta, Arjun Gupta, Sanjay Gupta, Anil Gaind and Somil Mahajan, besides other senior members of the federation.
