RAMBAN: Under the theme “Mera Bharat Mera Yuva Bharat – Ramban”, a cluster-level Block Sports Meet was organised today at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Gool.
S. Harjeet Singh, Tehsildar Gool, was the Chief Guest, while Farooq Ahmed, Principal GHSS Gool, attended as the Guest of Honour. Manzoor Tragwal (Vice Principal) and Aefad-ul-Hasan Shah were special invitees.
Around 150 students from various schools participated in the event, taking part in six sports activities.
- Girls competed in Badminton, Tug of War, and Skipping Rope.
- Boys participated in Volleyball, Shotput, and 100m race.
The event was officiated by Salauddin Naik (PET), Arvind Satti (Mentor, Khelo India Taekwondo Centre), and Ruby Sharma (Mentor, Khelo India Kabaddi Centre). Mudasar Ahmed, Noor-ud-Din, and others were also present on the occasion.
Refreshments were distributed among all participants after the events.
