JAMMU: In a broad daylight burglary, unidentified thieves decamped with 200 grams of gold ornaments and ₹5 lakh in cash from the house of Ashok Kumar in Durga Nagar Sector 1 on Thursday. Police said the burglary occurred when the family members were away. The accused reportedly entered the house by breaking the AC window. JAMMU: Seventy-one new dengue cases were reported across the Jammu division on Thursday, taking the total number of infections this season to 2,051. According to health officials, 543 tests were conducted on October 16. Of the new cases, 51 are males and 20 females, including 8 children and 63 adults. MUMBAI: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) on Friday reported a 14.3 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 22,092 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, driven by strong performances across its Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C), digital services, and retail businesses. The company’s consolidated revenue rose 10 per cent YoY to Rs 2,83,548 crore, while quarterly consolidated EBITDA grew 14.6 per cent to Rs 50,367 crore.
