JAMMU: Puneesh Puri of Class IX-D has once again made Heritage School proud by winning the Bronze Medal in the 1000m Inline U-17 Boys category at the CBSE North Zone II Roller Skating Championship 2025, held from 14th to 17th October at Young Leaders Skating Club, Heritage Avenue, Gurugram.
The championship was organised by Vedas International School, Sohna, Gurugram, under the aegis of CBSE.
A rising star in the sport, Puneesh has consistently showcased excellence and determination. He previously clinched multiple gold medals at the 2nd India Skates Roller Games 2024, where he was crowned National Champion in the U-14 Boys category. He also secured a gold medal in the CBSE North Zone II Roller Skating Championship 2024 and was honoured as the first Brand Ambassador of the Quads Category by Simmons Rana Racing, a renowned international brand.
His dedication, discipline and passion for skating continue to inspire his peers and bring laurels to the institution. The Heritage School fraternity has extended heartfelt congratulations to Puneesh and wished him greater success in future championships.
