UDHAMPUR: Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, Army Commander of Northern Command, visited Basantgarh to review the prevailing security situation and ongoing counter-terror operations in the region.
During the visit, the Army Commander was briefed on the coordinated intelligence grid and enhanced security measures in the area. Detailed deliberations were also held on reinforcing the overall security architecture in coordination with all stakeholders.
Lt Gen Sharma also interacted with troops deployed in the region and commended them for their professionalism, commitment and steadfast resolve in ensuring a terror-free **Jammu and Kashmir.
