JAMMU: Students of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu showcased exceptional confidence and creativity at the Inter-School Ramp Walk Competition organised by CRC Jammu under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
The event, based on the theme “Depicting the Freedom Fighters of India”, encouraged young participants to honour national heroes through expressive presentations and costumes. Students Mohd. Maaz (Class II) and Jasjeet (Class IX) represented the school with spirited performances, captivating the audience with their portrayals of India’s freedom leaders.
Adding pride to the occasion, Jasjeet (CWSN) secured 3rd position, impressing judges with his confidence and stage presence. The achievement highlights the school’s commitment to inclusive education and equal opportunities for all learners.
Principal-cum-Vice Chairperson Rohini Aima congratulated the students and said,
“At Jammu Sanskriti School, inclusivity is not just a practice but a core philosophy. Every child deserves the opportunity to rise, express, and lead with confidence.”
