JAMMU: The FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh Chapter proudly hosted the 5th Edition of the Trailblazer Awards 2026, an inspiring evening dedicated to celebrating the courage, resilience and achievements of exceptional women who have made a meaningful impact across diverse sectors.
Held on National Women’s Day, the event carried added significance as it paid tribute to women who continue to lead, innovate and inspire.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Chief Guest Satish Sharma, Cabinet Minister, whose encouraging words and support underscored strong institutional commitment towards recognising and empowering women achievers.
The awards were adjudicated by a distinguished jury comprising Pradeep Dutta, Siddharth Dogra and Suminder Kaul, whose careful evaluation helped identify women who have demonstrated exemplary leadership and determination in their respective fields.

Speaking on the occasion, Aarti Chowdhary, Chairperson, FICCI FLO JKL, said that celebrating these remarkable women on National Women’s Day made the event even more meaningful. She described the awards as a fitting tribute to women who have transformed challenges into opportunities and continue to illuminate the path for others.

The Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh Chapter continues to contribute actively through initiatives focused on skilling, entrepreneurship, collaborations and community development, creating platforms for women to grow and thrive.
The event witnessed the presence of a large number of FICCI FLO JKL members. The evening was smoothly emceed by Deepti Gandotra and Kamakshi Dewan, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Varsha Bansal, Senior Vice Chairperson, FICCI FLO JKL.
