JAMMU: Dr Ranjeet Singh Kotwal (JKAS), a 2011-batch officer currently serving as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Chenani, has been unanimously elected as the Interim President of the All Jammu & Kashmir Junior Scale JKAS Association.
The decision was taken by the Interim Executive Body of the Association, which comprises representatives from all Junior Scale JKAS batches spanning from 2011 to 2025. The unanimous selection reflects the collective confidence of officers across batches in Dr Kotwal’s leadership and administrative experience.
The Association aims to work for the welfare, professional development and collective representation of Junior Scale JKAS officers across the Union Territory.
