JAMMU: A pigeon believed to have flown in from the Pakistani side was found in the RS Pura sector of Jammu and Kashmir, with a ring carrying a Pakistani mobile number tied to its leg, officials said.
The pigeon was found with the ring bearing the number +92 03065920248, prompting security agencies to examine the markings and other details to ascertain its origin and purpose.
