POONCH: The second day of the “Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga” campaign witnessed a series of vibrant patriotic, cultural and awareness activities across District Poonch.
The celebrations organised across all sub-divisions and tehsils of the district witnessed enthusiastic participation from the government departments, educational institutions, youth groups, students, NCC cadets, sports contingents and the general public.
A wide range of activities were organised by the departments of Handloom & Handicrafts, Social Welfare, Education, Police, Youth Services & Sports, Agriculture and Horticulture, besides Municipal bodies.
Participants proudly displayed the Tricolour and took part in the activities promoting patriotism, national unity, peace, harmony and respect for the National Flag. The programmes reflected the collective spirit and enthusiasm of the people across the district.
The district-wide celebrations highlighted the spirit of unity in diversity and encouraged citizens to proudly display the National Flag at their homes and institutions while upholding its dignity and honour.
The second day of the campaign concluded with a renewed commitment towards strengthening national unity, communal harmony and patriotic spirit, inspiring citizens, particularly the youth, to contribute towards building a stronger, peaceful and progressive India.
