SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha released a Special Cover issued by the Department of Posts commemorating the Jammu and Kashmir cricket team’s historic 2025-26 Ranji Trophy victory.
The release function was held at Lok Bhavan in Srinagar.
During the event, the Lieutenant Governor interacted with members of the victorious Jammu and Kashmir cricket team and the support staff. He praised the team’s outstanding performance in the Ranji Trophy Championship and described the achievement as a reflection of the growing sporting culture in the Union Territory.
Among those present on the occasion were Sagar Hanuman Singh, Anil Gupta, office bearers of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association and senior officials of the Postal Department.
