JAMMU: Jodhamal Public School, Jammu, has emerged as the Overall Winner at the G.D. Goenka Commerce Fest 2026, with its students securing top positions across multiple commerce-based competitions.
At the fest, Aarav Kholi and Jivi Gupta secured the 1st Prize in Ledger Lockdown (Business Puzzle), while Vivaan Gupta and Vedant Jain bagged the 1st Prize in Wealth Wizards (Portfolio Challenge).
In Bizcraft (Build a Business Empire), Akshar Bhasin, Prajwal Mahotra and Hibba Shamim secured the 3rd Prize. Their combined performance across different events helped Jodhamal Public School clinch the overall championship.
The school has also been actively promoting commerce education through its own Jodhamal COMFIESTA, while its students recently participated in the Jammu Sanskriti Commerce Fest, where they showcased knowledge, creativity, confidence and competitive spirit.
The students were mentored by Commerce Department teachers Ashish, Sidhant and Sanjay, whose guidance and encouragement were credited with preparing them for competitive platforms.
Trustees Nandan Kuthiala and Aarti Kuthiala, Director Dr Deep Khare and Principal Amita Arora congratulated the students and mentors, appreciating their dedication, creativity and competitive spirit.
The school leadership said the achievement reflected its focus on providing students with opportunities to apply classroom learning in real-world situations while developing critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills.
