JAMMU: In view of ongoing flight disruptions affecting travel schedules, Indian Railways has announced a key passenger-friendly measure by augmenting an additional 3rd AC coach (72 seats) on the Rajdhani Express (12426 Jammu–New Delhi).
The extra coach will be attached for the next seven days, starting tonight, enabling stranded passengers to secure reservations and continue their journey with ease. The decision aims to facilitate smooth travel and ensure passenger comfort during this period of increased demand.
Stranded travellers can book available seats through regular reservation channels. The move is expected to bring significant relief to passengers facing inconvenience due to cancelled and delayed flights.
