KATHUA: A Border Security Force (BSF) unit on Friday apprehended a Pakistani intruder near the border fencing in the Hiranagar sector of Kathua district, officials said.
According to reliable sources, personnel of 82 Battalion BSF, Border Out Post (BOP) Bobiya, apprehended a male Pakistani national, aged around 60–65 years, at about 7:45 am near Mount No. 23 of BOP Bobiya.
The intruder was taken into custody for questioning, while further details regarding his identity, circumstances of crossing and the purpose of his presence in the area are awaited.
