JAMMU: Jodhamal Public School successfully organised a University Education Interaction programme for students of Classes X, XI and XII, providing them with an opportunity to interact directly with representatives from leading national and international universities.
The interaction witnessed participation from several prestigious institutions including University of York, University of Bristol, University of Aberdeen, University of Liverpool, Illinois Institute of Technology and Victoria University.
Leading Indian institutions including Ashoka University, O P Jindal Global University, FLAME University, Shiv Nadar University, Chitkara University and others also participated in the event.
During the session, students received information regarding undergraduate programmes, admission procedures, global career pathways, international study opportunities and scholarship programmes.
A dedicated UK and Australia Admission Desk was also set up during the interaction featuring UK alumnus and career advisor Himanshu Mittal, who guided students regarding international admissions and higher education opportunities abroad.
The programme also saw participation of career advisors who interacted with students and parents on academic planning, international admissions procedures and scholarship opportunities.
Faculty members of Jodhamal Public School additionally provided guidance regarding CUET and Delhi University admissions, helping students understand national entrance procedures and career planning options.
The school said the initiative was aimed at helping students broaden their academic horizons, interact with university experts and make informed decisions regarding their future educational aspirations.
