JAMMU: Minister for Youth Services and Sports Satish Sharma on Tuesday said that Rs 71.183 lakh has been released during 2025–26 for upgradation of sports infrastructure in Chanapora constituency.
Replying to a question raised by MLA Mushtaq Guroo, the Minister said that works include development of volleyball courts, fencing and construction of a ZPEO office at Nowgam.
He added that DPRs for additional sports projects have been prepared and will be taken up shortly.
