UDHAMPUR: Sunil Gupta, Assistant Soil Chemist and District Officer in the Agriculture Department, Udhampur, was felicitated with an Appreciation Certificate by the Deputy Commissioner on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day.
The award was presented at the district-level Independence Day function in recognition of Gupta’s dedicated service and contributions towards agricultural development.
