DODA: The Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) on Saturday organised a Road Safety Awareness Programme at Bhatyas, Bhalessa. The objective was to promote road safety awareness and safe driving practices among local drivers.
Free first-aid kits, road safety stickers and retro-reflective tapes were distributed among local drivers to encourage safe driving practices and enhance road safety, particularly in low-visibility conditions.
The programme also facilitated on-the-spot grievances redressal and delivery of public services.
The initiative, held under the supervision of ARTO Tasleem Wani, aimed to strengthen road safety awareness among local drivers, promote responsible driving habits and ensure accessible, prompt and efficient delivery of public services to the people of Bhalessa.
