SRINAGAR: Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperatives and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar has extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-i-Milad-ul-Nabi (SAW).
In his message, the Minister said that the blessed occasion offers an opportunity to reflect upon the exemplary life and timeless teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), which continue to inspire humanity towards peace, compassion, brotherhood, tolerance, justice, humility and service to mankind.
Javid Dar said the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) emphasise respect for human dignity, care for the vulnerable, forgiveness and peaceful coexistence. He called upon people to imbibe these values in their daily lives and work collectively towards strengthening the bonds of social harmony, mutual respect and communal amity in society.
The Minister expressed hope that the auspicious occasion would usher in peace, prosperity, happiness and well-being for the people of Jammu and Kashmir and further strengthen the spirit of unity and brotherhood across the Union Territory.
