JAMMU: Adding another feather to Heritage School’s sporting achievements, Simardeep Kaur of Class V-D won a bronze medal in the State Yogasana Championship held on August 16.
Competing in the 8–10 years age category, Simardeep impressed with her flexibility, balance, concentration and discipline to secure a place on the podium.
The championship was organised by the Yoga Association, Jammu & Kashmir, which is recognised by the J&K Olympic Association and affiliated with the Yoga Federation of India.
The event was held at Brahma Kumari Ashram, Rehari, where young participants showcased their yogasana skills and sporting spirit.
The Heritage School family congratulated Simardeep on her achievement and wished her continued success in future competitions.
