JAMMU: Heritage School secured a bronze medal in the Under-14 category at the CBSE Cluster XVIII Table Tennis Championship 2026, held at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Amritsar, from July 31 to August 2.
Competing against teams from 42 schools, the Heritage players displayed skill, determination and teamwork throughout the championship to finish among the top three.
The medal-winning team comprised Laksh Rajput of Class VIII-F, Samar Dev Bansal of Class VIII-C and Zain Bhat of Class VII-B.
The school said the players delivered consistent performances during the tournament, earning another sporting honour for the institution.
The team trained under coach Aditya Jasrotia, whose guidance and mentorship played an important role in the achievement.
The school management, faculty and students congratulated the young paddlers, their coach and parents, and wished the team success in future competitions.
