SRINAGAR: Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-Kashmir) has joined hands with the Bio-Enzyme Entrepreneurs Academy of India, Bengaluru, to promote bio-enzyme entrepreneurship as a waste-to-wealth opportunity and create avenues for self-employment among students, farmers and rural entrepreneurs in Jammu and Kashmir. SRINAGAR: Director Colleges, Dr. Sheikh Ajaz Bashir, today released JK_ SIGMA, the mobile application of the Students Integrated Grievance and Messaging Application (SIGMA), developed in-house. The release extends to smartphones a platform that has, since June 2025, been serving students of Government Degree Colleges across the Union Territory through the Directorate of Colleges website. BHADERWAH: The Social Welfare Officer Department today hosted a series of awareness sessions at Government Degree College, Government Higher Secondary School Boys and Government Higher Secondary School Girls to sensitize students about the scholarship schemes being implemented by the Department.
