UDHAMPUR: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Minga Sherpa, today chaired a meeting of the District Level Telecom Committee to review the status of telecom infrastructure, installation of mobile towers and other related issues in the district. NEW DELHI: The NIA on Tuesday filed a chargesheet against seven foreign nationals, including US citizen Matthew Aaron Van Dyke, for illegal entry, stay and movement, but did not invoke the anti-terror law UAPA, after arresting them in a terror conspiracy case for alleged links to ethnic armed groups in India. DODA: The annual three-day Kailash Kund Yatra began on Tuesday with the sacred ‘Charri Mubarak’ departing from the ancient Vasuki Nag Temple at Gatha in Doda district, officials said. Thousands of devotees gathered at the historic temple to participate in the centuries-old pilgrimage dedicated to Lord Vasuki Nag, the presiding deity of the Bhaderwah Valley.
