BHADERWAH: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sunil Kumar Bhutyal today chaired a meeting in his office chamber to review the progress of smart metering, solar panel installations and works being executed under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) in Bhaderwah and Bhalla areas.
A detailed review was conducted regarding the progress of smart meter installation, with officials informing that the work is being accelerated and has been targeted for completion by October. Smart meter installation in Tesna, Dhreja, Jai Road, Bhalla-Khalleni and Seri has already achieved substantial progress.
The meeting also reviewed the status of solar panel installations on government buildings. The concerned officials informed that solar panels have so far been installed in around 68 government buildings, with the remaining installations being taken up on priority.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant Executive Engineer JPDCL Sub-Division Bhaderwah, besides other officers, technical staff and concerned officials.
