JAMMU: The Baal Dikshant Samaroh at Jammu Sanskriti School for the Academic Session 2025–26 was a vibrant celebration of kindergarten accomplishments, highlighting the holistic and Vedic theme of Panchkosha.
The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Anmol Rathore, IAS, Guest of Honour Roopam Kour (Chairperson, DRS Kids), Special Invitee Nidhi Kohli, eminent educationist, and distinguished guest Prabhjot Kour Bhalla.
The event began with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, presentation of saplings, and a soulful Welcome Song and Vandana. Rohini Aima, Principal-cum-Vice Chairperson, extended a warm welcome, followed by the Annual Report presented by Kindergarten Coordinator Harmeet Kour, highlighting the young learners’ milestones and achievements.
The theme of Panchkosha — comprising Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya, Vijnanamaya, and Anandmaya Kosha — was brought to life through vibrant dance performances by the kindergarten students. A proud highlight of the event was the conferring of Baal Snatak diplomas to students of Prep A, B, C, and D, alongside trophies for young achievers.
The ceremony concluded with a symbolic passing of the sapling from Harmeet Kour to Junior Primary Wing Coordinator Trishna Sharma, representing the nurturing of young “Sanskritiarians” as they embark on their primary journey, followed by the National Anthem.
