JAMMU: Army’s Western Command has been conducting large-scale Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operations round the clock for more than two weeks under ‘Operation Rahat’ across the flood-affected areas of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, an official statement said on Wednesday. BANIHAL: In a rare and heartwarming incident, a woman from Ramban district gave birth to a baby boy onboard a moving train traveling from Sumbar to Banihal on Wednesday. The woman, identified as Akhtara Bano of Sumblar village, developed labor pains during the journey.
