JAMMU: Conservator of Forests/Regional Wildlife Warden Jammu Sandeep Kumar today visited Nandini Wildlife Sanctuary to explore the revival of the heritage trekking route from Nandini to Bail Khad, with the objective of promoting responsible eco-tourism, nature-based recreation and community participation in wildlife conservation. KATHUA: Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rajesh Sharma today chaired a meeting of the Sponsorship Foster Approval Committee (SFAC) to review cases under the Mission Vatsalya initiative. The Committee recommended sponsorship support for 569 eligible children belonging to vulnerable categories, including orphans, children of single parents and specially-abled children.
