The Board of Directors of Jio Financial Services Limited (JFSL), at its meeting held in Mumbai, approved the unaudited consolidated financial results for the third quarter of FY 2025–26, ended December 31, 2025.
Financial Highlights (Q3 FY26):
- Consolidated Total Income: ₹901 crore, up 101% YoY
- Pre-Provisioning Operating Profit: ₹354 crore, up 7% YoY
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹269 crore
- Share of Associates and JVs: ₹36 crore (₹59 crore in Q3 FY25), impacted by continued investments in AMC and Wealth Management businesses
- Growth in income was partly offset by higher operating expenses in line with increased business volumes
Operational Highlights:
- Core business net income contribution rose to 55% of consolidated net income from 20% in Q3 FY25
- NBFC AUM: ₹19,049 crore, up 4.5x YoY and 29% QoQ
- AMC AUM: ₹14,972 crore across 10 funds; 1 million retail investors
- Payment Solutions TPV: ₹16,315 crore, up 2.6x YoY
- Payments Bank Deposits: ₹507 crore, up 94% YoY
JFSL continued to benefit from a diversified product portfolio and expanding distribution footprint, leading to higher contribution from core businesses, while treasury returns provided a stable capital cushion for investments.
The Company maintains a balanced portfolio with growth-stage businesses—including NBFC, Payments Bank, Payment Solutions, Insurance Broking and Asset Management—and incubation-stage ventures such as Wealth Management, Securities Broking, Reinsurance, and proposed Life and General Insurance businesses.

- Gross Disbursements: ₹8,615 crore, ~2x YoY and 30% QoQ
- Net Interest Income: ₹165 crore, up 166% YoY and 18% QoQ
- Pre-Provisioning Operating Profit: ₹99 crore, up 130% YoY and 24% QoQ
Jio Payments Bank
- Total Income: ₹61 crore, up 10x YoY and doubled QoQ
- Deposits: ₹507 crore, up 94% YoY and 20% QoQ
- Customer Base: 3.20 million, up 69% YoY
- Business Correspondent Network: 2,86,766 BCs (7,263 in Q3 FY25)
Jio Payment Solutions
- TPV: ₹16,315 crore, up 2.6x YoY and 20% QoQ
- Gross Fee & Commission Income: ₹96 crore, up 4.6x YoY
- Maintained consistent gross margin of 10 bps
Jio Insurance Broking
- Facilitated Premium: ₹212 crore, up 23% YoY
- Digital PoSP channel premium: up nearly 5x QoQ
Jio BlackRock Joint Ventures
- 51% of investors with active SIPs
- 40%+ Retail AUM from B30 cities
- 18%+ investors new to mutual funds

Digital Platform Growth
The JioFinance app, JFSL’s unified digital platform, recorded 20 million unique users across digital properties during the quarter, with 9.2 million monthly active users. Growth reflects the Company’s digital-first strategy and strong user engagement across integrated financial products.
