JAMMU: Following continuous rainfall and waterlogging across various sections of the Northern Railway’s Jammu Division over the past few days, several train services were either cancelled or short-terminated. With conditions gradually improving, railway authorities are conducting regular inspections to ensure track safety and restore normal operations.
In the sixth phase of service restoration, the following trains are set to resume operations:
- Train No. 19028 — Jammu Tawi to Bandra Terminus
Resuming from 03.11.2025 - Train No. 15656 — Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Kamakhya
Resuming from 05.11.2025 - Train No. 14610 — Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Yoganagari Rishikesh
Resuming from 01.11.2025 - Train No. 19804 — Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Kota
Resuming from 02.11.2025
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Uchit Singhal, said:
“These trains are being reinstated after ensuring the safety and continuity of the railway tracks. With five phases of reinstatement already completed, this sixth phase marks further progress toward normalizing train operations in the division. Passengers are advised to check updated schedules on the Northern Railway website or through official helpline numbers to avoid any inconvenience.”
