JAMMU: Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt. Ltd. has inaugurated a new exclusive MEQ Cooling Planet showroom in Jammu, further expanding its retail presence in the region.
The showroom has been opened at Aggarwal Agencies, Marble Market Road, opposite Co-operative School, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, and is being operated by Rakesh Aggarwal and his sons Mohit Aggarwal and Shashank Aggarwal.
The inauguration was led by Neeraj Gupta, Vice President & Head – Business Operations, Air Conditioning Division, Mitsubishi Electric India, in the presence of Bahu MLA Vikram Randhawa and Jammu East MLA Yudhvir Sethi.
The company said MEQ Cooling Planet is its exclusive concept showroom designed to provide customers with a touch-and-feel experience of its complete air-conditioning range in live working condition.
The showroom will display products including Window ACs, Split Air Conditioners, Ductable Air Conditioners, Cassette Air Conditioners and City Multi VRF Systems, catering to both residential and commercial requirements.
Mitsubishi Electric said the MEQ Cooling Planet network is aimed at strengthening customer engagement and making its air-conditioning solutions more accessible across markets in India.
The company said its products focus on energy-efficient performance, reliability, comfort and advanced technology, while its expanding network of exclusive showrooms and authorised partners is intended to improve access to products and after-sales services.
Speaking on the occasion, Neeraj Gupta said Jammu is an important market for the company and the new showroom would help customers experience Mitsubishi Electric’s air-conditioning solutions and better understand the technology and features suited to their requirements.
“Through our authorised partner network, we remain committed to providing customers with quality products, energy-efficient performance and reliable after-sales support,” he said.
The company said the new MEQ Cooling Planet in Jammu marks another step in its plan to expand its exclusive showroom network and bring its air-conditioning solutions closer to customers across the country.
