DODA: The remains of a Pakistani Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist, who was killed earlier during a joint operation in Doda district, were recovered by security forces on Saturday, Jammu and Kashmir Police said.
According to a post shared by J&K Police on X, personnel from the Special Operations Group (SOG) Doda, Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jointly carried out the recovery operation at the site.
“You can run but you can’t hide!” the police said in the post.
Police said the remains of the Pakistani terrorist, who had been neutralised during the earlier joint operation, were retrieved during the latest operation. A night-enabled M4 rifle was also recovered from the site, police added.
The recovery comes as security forces continue intensified operations to track and dismantle terrorist networks and their support infrastructure in the region.
