JAMMU: Jodhamal Public School has once again reinforced its legacy of academic excellence with an outstanding performance in the prestigious Vidyarthi Vigyaan Manthan (VVM) 2025, the country’s largest science talent search examination.
Organised by Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar and NCERT, VVM aims to promote scientific inquiry, innovation, and the identification of young talent in science and technology.
Among the standout achievers, Nishant Pathak of Class IX secured the top rank in Jammu & Kashmir and has qualified for the VVM National Level, bringing immense pride to the school.
Following the first two online rounds, 15 students from Jodhamal School qualified for the State Level Round, which was recently held at CSIR–Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM), Jammu. At this stage, students demonstrated advanced scientific understanding and strong analytical skills.
The students who qualified for the State Level Round are:
Soham Singh, Samaira Sharma, Vinayak, Adiv Jain (Class VII); Vivaan Yadav (Class VIII); Arvind Angurana, Nishant Pathak, Sharanya, Jayendra Singh Jasrotia, Daksh (Class IX); Pavitt Singh, Milan Mahajan (Class X); Achyut Pandita, Ashutosh Manawa, and Ayesha Tanveer (Class XI).
The school attributed this success to the students’ dedication and the committed mentorship provided by Avinash Singh, Shallu Singh Jamwal, Elizabeth, Ridhima Jain, Damandeep Kour, Poonam, and Vardaan, who guided the participants throughout the rigorous preparation process.
Commending the achievement, Trustee Nandan Kuthiala and Director Arati Kuthiala highlighted the institution’s focus on nurturing scientific temperament, innovation, and excellence through strong academic mentoring and parental support. Principal Dr Deep Khare and Vice Principal Amita Arora congratulated the students and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence in science and technology.
