Jammu, November 14: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Friday ordered the suspension of DySP Sunil Singh, who was serving as the then Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, pending a departmental inquiry.
The action has been taken under Rule 31(1) of the J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956, as stated in Government Order No. 541-Home of 2025.
During the period of suspension, DySP Sunil Singh has been attached to the Police Headquarters, J&K.
The suspension order was issued with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor and signed by Chandraker Bharti (IAS), Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department.
