UDHAMPUR: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Ananth Dwivedi, today convened a meeting with officers of the Rural Development Department to review the work-wise physical and financial progress of developmental initiatives taken up under VB-G RAM G, PMAY-Gramin, Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin, IWMP, RGSY and other rural development schemes.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Jugal Kishore; Chief Planning Officer Uttam Singh; Assistant Commissioner Development Om Parkash and other concerned officers.
The DC directed the Block Development Officers to expedite the pace of execution, activate field staff and ensure regular monitoring of ongoing works, with emphasis on quality and timeline completion.
The Assistant Commissioner Development was directed to monitor the progress of ongoing works on a daily basis, ensure regular quality checks and submit weekly progress reports.
The DC further directed all BDOs to achieve the assigned targets within the stipulated timelines and ensure effective implementation of all RDD schemes at the grassroots level.
