POONCH: To ensure the successful implementation of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign 2025 under the banner of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Poonch Pankaj Magotra today chaired a meeting with key district officers and stakeholders.
During the meeting, the ADDC reviewed and discussed a wide array of events and activities aimed at invoking patriotism and celebrating India’s independence. These include Tiranga rallies, decoration of school and public walls, Tiranga-themed exhibitions, Rangoli competitions, cultural concerts, selfie booths, Tiranga bike rallies, flag hoisting ceremonies, lighting of government and public buildings, essay writing, quiz, and letter-writing competitions.
The ADDC emphasized that these activities should be inclusive and engaging, reaching every corner of the district—from schools and colleges to panchayats and urban wards. He instructed officers to ensure that all events are uploaded on the official Har Ghar Tiranga portal. He also directed coordination with the Beopar Mandal for decorating markets with Tiranga paintings and ensuring security arrangements for the Tiranga rallies.
The meeting was attended by ADC, ASP, PO ICDS, ACD, DPO, ARTO, AD Food, Culture Officer from JKAACL, Principals of Degree Colleges from Mandi, Mendhar, Surankote, professors from DGC Poonch, DYSSO and other concerned officials.
