BHADERWAH: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhaderwah Sunil Kumar Bhutyal and several other officials today joined students at a Collective Singing of ‘Vande Mataram.’
Among others, ASP Vinod Sharma and Tehsildar Kamalpreet Singh were also present on the occasion.
The collective singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ was organised at Bhartiya Vidya Mandir High School under the aegis of Bharatiya Shiksha Samiti, Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh and under the guidance of Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan, New Delhi, as part of the ‘Namami Bharatam’ campaign.
Addressing the students, the Chief Guest and other guests emphasised the importance of preserving India’s rich cultural heritage, strengthening national unity and integrity and inculcating a sense of responsibility towards the nation. They encouraged the students to remain connected with the country’s cultural traditions and contribute positively to nation-building.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem and patriotic slogans.
