JAMMU: KC Gurukul Public School has once again brought laurels to the institution by delivering an outstanding performance at the 13th J&K UT Rope Skipping Championship 2026. The school secured a total of eight medals along with the prestigious Trophy of Excellence at the UT-level event.
In an impressive display of talent and dedication, four students clinched Gold Medals — Aarav Bhagat (Grade V), Aagas Singh (Grade V), Sarthak Chopra (Grade V), and Kuvira Gadoo (Grade II). Notably, Kuvira Gadoo was also conferred with the coveted Trophy of Excellence in recognition of exceptional performance during the championship.
The Bronze Medals were bagged by Ojasvi Bhatt (Grade V), Ananya Sudan (Grade IV), Panshul Mahajan (Grade V), and Manmeet Kour (Grade IV), further adding to the school’s medal tally.
The remarkable achievement reflects the students’ hard work, perseverance, and disciplined training. The school management congratulated the young achievers and expressed appreciation for their mentor, Abhimanyu Chopra, for his dedicated guidance and commitment in nurturing sporting talent.
The accomplishment has once again highlighted KC Gurukul Public School’s growing excellence not only in academics but also in sports at the Union Territory level.
