JAMMU: The State TB Cell Jammu, in collaboration with Shree Jeev Daya Trust under the aegis of S.S. Jain Sabha Jammu, organize an event at Jain Sant Shree Nek Chand Bhawan, Rani Park to mark the occasion of the 23rd Tirthankar Bhagwan Parshavnath Ji Moksha Kalyanak.
During the event, 126 nutritious food baskets were distributed among TB patients under the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Abhiyan through the Nikshay Mitra initiative.
State TB Officer Dr. Jyoti Jolly received the baskets on behalf of the patients and appreciated the contribution offered by the donors for supporting patient nutrition and advancing the TB elimination campaign in the state. She sensitized devotees about TB and emphasized the importance of Jan Bhagidari in TB elimination.
President Rahul Naharji highlighted the significance of community participation, and the General Secretary delivered a vote of thanks to the dignitaries and the Jain community for their support as Nikshay Mitras.
