JAMMU: FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh (JKL) organised an interactive nutrition and wellness session in Jammu, featuring nationally acclaimed nutritionist Shikha Agarwal, who shared practical and evidence-based insights on healthy living with members.
During the session, Agarwal highlighted the importance of adopting simple and mindful eating habits to improve overall health and well-being. She stressed that everyday kitchen ingredients play a vital role in promoting good nutrition and preventive healthcare, adding that a healthy lifestyle is built on consistency rather than complicated routines.
Welcoming the participants, FICCI FLO JKL Chairperson Varsha Bansal reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to promoting holistic well-being alongside the professional and personal growth of women.
The session witnessed active participation from members, who interacted with the nutrition expert, sought guidance on various health and nutrition-related issues, and discussed practical ways to incorporate healthier habits into their daily routines.
The programme was coordinated by Past Chairperson Ruchika Gupta, who oversaw the organisation of the event.
Among those present were Immediate Past Chairperson Aarti Chowdhary, Vice Chairperson Sona Mehta, Joint Secretary Deepti Gandotra and Joint Treasurer Tanisha Pallan, along with other members of the core committee.
