JAMMU: An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, officials said. The security forces had launched a search operation in Dool area of the hilly district following specific information about the presence of terrorists, they said. SAMBA: Continuing its drive against bovine smugglers and their propagators, Samba police has foiled two bovine smuggling attempts in the jurisdiction of Police Station (PS) Samba, arrested one bovine smuggler and rescued 37 bovines from the clutches of bovine smugglers, police said.
