DLIC Bandipora approves 169 Youth Entrepreneurship cases under Mission YUVA

BANDIPORA: The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) meeting under Mission YUVA was held on Monday at mini secretariat Bandipora.

The meeting organised under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri threadbare discussed the applications received under the scheme and verified by the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU).

After thorough scrutiny and technical evaluation, the committee approved 169 cases for financial assistance and institutional support under the Mission YUVA framework.

On the occasion, DC emphasized that Mission YUVA serves as a key platform for equipping young individuals with the resources and support needed to translate their business ideas into viable enterprises.

DC directed all concerned departments to ensure prompt processing of sanctions, timely disbursement of benefits, and continuous handholding of the beneficiaries to ensure the sustainability and success of the approved units.

Among others, the meeting was attended by Assistant Director Employment, Nodal Officer JKEDI, District Development Manager NABARD, District Social Welfare Officer, Lead Bank Manager, Career Counselling officer, Employment Officer and other concerned officials.
