J&K Referees complete National Taekwondo course in Gujarat

JAMMU: In a significant achievement for Taekwondo in Jammu & Kashmir, five Referees from the Union Territory have successfully completed the National Taekwondo Referee Course conducted by India Taekwondo from July 10 to 13, at Wagodia Sports Complex, Vadodara, Gujarat.

The certified Referees include Amit Kumar (Jammu), Ashaq Hussain (Poonch), Siddharth Sharma (Udhampur), Sumit Kumar (Jammu) and Kashif Iqbal (Doda).

The four-day course focused on updated Kyorugi and Poomsae rules through theoretical and practical sessions led by senior instructors.

Sponsored by GameOn Foundation, this milestone reflects growing professionalism in J&K's Taekwondo community.

All five Referees expressed gratitude and pledged to promote fairness and excellence in future events.
