PULWAMA: As part of the ongoing "Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA)" campaign, District Administration Pulwama today organised tribal outreach camps at Sangerwani and Karmulla Tral. A wide array of departments, including Health, Social Welfare, ICDS, Rural Development, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal and Sheep Husbandry, Forest, and Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Fisheries established dedicated stalls at the venues to deliver on-the-spot services. These departments facilitated registrations under key schemes such as Jal Jeevan Mission (Functional Household Tap Connections), MGNREGA Job Cards, PMAY-G, PM Ujjwala Yojana, Mudra Yojana, PM Vishwakarma among others. Eligible citizens were guided and assisted on-site to ensure timely and complete coverage under these schemes.

A health camp was also conducted on the occasion by the Health department during which a team of doctors and paramedics provided on-spot consultation and treatment to local community. Health experts educated attendees on preventive measures including safe drinking practices, hand hygiene, and early identification of symptoms.
