GGM Science College Alumni paid tributes to Major Akash on martyrdom day

JAMMU: Govt. Gandhi Memorial (GGM) Science College Alumni remembered and paid rich tributes to Shaheed Major Akash Singh Sambyal on his Balidan Diwas here today.
Major Akash Singh, a recipient of Shaurya Chakra, attained martyrdom while fighting terrorists during an encounter on the Line of Control in Poonch district on Sept 9, 2009.
His class fellows, juniors and seniors remembered Shaheed Major Akash and recalled the time spent with him. He was an active NCC cadet, full of passion, and he was commissioned into the Glorious Indian Army in 1999.
