JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Police claimed to have solved multiple theft cases in the Bakshi Nagar area, recovering stolen vehicles and electronic equipment.

An Ecco car, two motorcycles, one passenger auto, and eight power supply units were recovered by separate police teams led by Inspector Azad Manhas, SHO Bakshi Nagar, and supervised by SDPO City West, Satish Bhardwaj, a police official said.

He linked the recoveries to five separate cases registered under FIR numbers 02, 44, 64, 67, and 68 of 2025, all under section 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, at Police Station Bakshi Nagar.

According to him, the breakthrough was achieved using a mix of technical surveillance, local intelligence, and CCTV footage analysis.
