REASI: The Badora Bridge in Sub-division Mahore collapsed today, disrupting traffic movement and cutting off the Mahore-Chassana road.

As per reports, a dumper was stuck on the bridge at the time of the collapse, but fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

The sudden collapse has caused major inconvenience to commuters, as the Mahore-Chassana road remains completely closed. Authorities have advised travelers heading to Chassana to take an alternative route via Rajouri until the bridge is restored.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Farooq Inqlabi, senior PDP Leader, had demanded ACB probe and registration of FIR against those officers of GREF who were deputed to oversee the construction of this bridge. The bridge was constructed last year by BRO 110 RCC GREF.
