GANDERBAL: Continuing its commitment to inclusive tribal development, district administration Ganderbal today successfully conducted the third outreach and benefit saturation camp under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DA-JGUA) at Panchayat Burnabugh, Block Kangan.
This campaign is being implemented under the umbrella of PM JANMAN (Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan) with the objective of achieving cent percent saturation of government schemes for tribal communities.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from local tribal beneficiaries, PRI representatives, frontline workers, and officials from various sectoral departments and Common Services Centres (CSCs).
The event exemplified the multi-departmental convergence approach, bringing essential services and entitlements directly to the tribal population at the grassroots level.
A wide array of government services were provided on-the-spot, including Aadhaar enrolment and update, Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Card registration, issuance of Scheduled Tribe Certificates, PM-KISAN scheme registration, opening of Jan Dhan Bank Accounts, Sickle Cell disease awareness and screening, other citizen-centric services linked to tribal welfare
The camp was conducted in accordance with the guiding principles of benefit saturation, ensuring that no eligible tribal household remains excluded.
District Administration ensured proper cleanliness, seating arrangements, and logistical support at the venue, facilitating smooth service delivery and beneficiary comfort.
The success of the Burnabugh camp marks another milestone in the district's mission towards empowered, equitable, and service-connected tribal communities under the DA-JGUA and PM JANMAN framework. |
